Achieving Secure Hemostasis in Cardiovascular Surgery

چکیده
心臓血管外科手術中は薬剤や人工心肺の影響により出血傾向に陥りやすいため，出血原因を迅速かつ正確に判別し，的確な手段をもって確実に止血を行うことが手術成績の向上ならびに安定化において非常に重要である．またこれに際して，外科的出血は輸血や凝固因子の補充のみではコントロール困難であること，こうした補充療法の効果を発揮させるために術野における外科的出血点の速やかなコントロールが重要であることを外科医と麻酔科医が十分理解し，お互いに協力してそれぞれの役割を果たすことが重要である．本稿では，心臓血管外科手術中の止血に際しての考え方や手技の在り方について，外科医としての見解を述べることとする．
